They'll be ready to use as soon as you get them. One hundred and thirty million, and if you pay in cash upfront, I'll throw in five grams of powder as a sample."

A cruiser responsible for battlefield reconnaissance, huh? A new ship would cost at least two hundred million, not to mention all the radar stealth, detection immunity, covert transitioning, and induction field equipment are military goods under fleet control. They are usually supposed to be stripped when retired.
What a deal for only one hundred and thirty million! That's no loss at all!
