The opponent was a multi-limbed modified human wielding mantis blades; his original limbs had been severed and replaced with implants. He painted his face to resemble a ghost, but it was unclear whether this was intentional or just a slip of the hand—it looked absolutely insane.
The organizers probably didn't even mention anything about the big customer experience or the thirty-million red packet because the guy came at Li Pan without holding back right from the start. A large number of cold, gleaming alloy blades shot out from his body, and he pounced forward, slashing and stabbing wildly towards Li's head and neck.
