Just as the atmosphere became somewhat tense, a sudden knock on the door was heard from outside.
"Jasic, go check it out."
The man named Jasic who was called upon hurried to open the door.
Standing at the doorway was a well-dressed man exuding an air of scholarly sophistication.
"May I ask who you are?"
"I am a representative of Freemasonry, here to speak with Mr. Yamarin."
"Freemasonry!"
Jasic was stunned, then quickly turned to Yamarin and the others inside and said, "Yamarin, a representative from Freemasonry is here."
Upon hearing this, Yamarin Humphrey and the others in the hall were also taken aback, after which their faces fell simultaneously.
After a moment of thought, Yamarin finally said, "Let him in!"
