Mariano, Theresa, and Arthur weren't panicked at all, because they had transferred most of their assets to the Swiss Bank early on for fear of being sanctioned by the Justice Department.
The Swiss Bank had been established for over 150 years.
In those 150 years, it was unheard of that anyone other than the asset owners could plunder even a penny from it.
Not even the IRS!
