"No problem, I'll arrange it immediately!"
In the prison visitation room, David arrived first.
After waiting for about five minutes, the door opened and a prison guard escorted Victoria inside.
Compared to her elegant demeanor before her arrest, Victoria now, clad in prison garb and devoid of any makeup, appeared to have a touch more of a woman's posture.
"It's you!"
Upon entering and seeing David waiting, Victoria was first startled, then a look of resentment appeared in her eyes.
"Sit down, let's talk!"
"What do I have to talk to you about?"
"Just talk, it's to your benefit!"
Having said that, while Victoria still harbored resentment, she ultimately sat down.
"Ms. Victoria, you don't look well. Our IRS prison conditions are supposed to be better than the average prison's. Are you not accustomed to living here?"
David's words nearly provoked Victoria to curse on the spot.
