"Mr. Lawson, you are the Senator candidate for Nevada State, if you get elected in this year's midterm elections, you'll join the ranks of the most powerful people in this country, so you're no small fry."
"That still requires getting elected."
Lawson replied with a laugh, then shifted the conversation, "Let's not talk about this anymore, let's discuss the purpose of your meeting with me today, Director David."
"It's quite simple, and it also pertains to this year's midterm elections. I want to ask you in person, Mr. Lawson, how confident are you about winning the election?"
Lawson paused before responding, "About fifty percent, I guess."
