The reason we are holding this closed-door meeting is because of a petition signed by scientists; in fact, the government had repeatedly rejected these scientists' requests before this. But as time passed, more and more scientists joined the petition, and at this point, the government could no longer suppress it. This is not the Earth Era; in today's human society, the scientific community is an organization that can stand toe to toe with the Human Government.
This matter must be personally decided by Lu Yuanming, to see whether it's feasible to use eighty percent of humanity's total energy for such an experiment. Only Lu Yuanming has the authority to make this decision.
Lu Yuanming was also under tremendous pressure. He naturally knew the significance of scientific progress to humanity, but the overall safety of humanity was equally a priority. After some thought, he said, "Alright, tell me, what exactly is this 'unique electron' technology?"
