Full recovery was naturally impossible; the existing Milky Way civilization was now reduced to just over thirteen thousand, a far cry from the peak of one million civilizations.
Meanwhile, all warships equipped with so-called "wetware" were transformed into Psychic Warships, and after the battle with Starlight, there remained 360 million warriors of this kind.
