Faced with the Silver Species who resolutely refused to hand over their warships, humanity did one thing—they sent the Psychic Fleet to forcibly awaken the psychic abilities of the subordinate ships, and then they just watched coldly.
This scene, however, terrified all the high-ranking members of the Silver Species other than humans. They had not participated in this compulsion, but they had likewise hoped that it would have some effect.
After all, who would complain about having more power, right?
Safety was naturally the top priority, but if they could retain their current authority while also gaining the protection of humans, wouldn't that be the best of both worlds?
But the outcome had left them all paralyzingly afraid.
