This is a science fiction novel, and apart from the scientific fantasies, naturally, there would be the corresponding cultural changes brought about by these scientific fantasies. Social norms, morality, politics, and the like should also shift. In the past, I've read some sci-fi novels where, even though it's the Cosmic Era, the highest leader is the "Emperor," which really disgusted me as if I had swallowed a fly.
In the Cosmic Era, society should naturally undergo the transformations befitting the Cosmic Era. Individuals and collectives alike are changing, and these chapters reflect my thoughts and deductions on this. This is not filler. If this is considered filler, then only outlines and battles would be free of such a label.)
