Having assimilated the technological advantages of the Silver Species, humans stepped into the intermediate level of Third Level Cosmic Civilizations, with parts of their technology even reaching the advanced levels of such civilizations. This led to a minor qualitative change in technological synergy. The most direct manifestation was the reduction in size of the antimatter reactors on the Blue Star, which allowed for the installation of thirty-six reactors on the mothership. Other Silver Species' motherships and warships' reactors were also modified, thereby doubling the entire fleet's energy supply.
