The Ghost Market was closing down.
The many demon ghosts began to pack up their belongings and stalls; those who had bought stalls from the Ghost King simply left their goods behind, since no one in their right mind would come to steal after the market closed. But the poorer ones, who had rented temporary stalls, could only hang their large and small bags on themselves, turning once imposing demon ghosts into burdened porters.
The time for closing the Ghost Market was set for eight o'clock in the evening. After it closed, any demon ghosts that remained would be deemed disobedient and would be captured by the Ghost King's guards and thrown into the Negative Prison. Some with money and power could pay a price to leave this prison, while those without money could only obediently stay in the Negative Prison, working for the Demon King for a year before they could leave.
