"Are you really a monster?"
The Red Feather Bird looked at the black cat suspiciously. "Why don't you have sharp fangs or a fierce appearance? You're not even as intimidating as a black egg. I don't believe you!"
"Black egg?"
The black cat paused for a moment, then said indignantly, "How am I not a monster?"
"Look, sharp claws."
Stretching out its snow-white paws, the claws that Zhou Li had trimmed perfectly now shone brightly. The pink pads were very soft, and the curvature of the claws was perfect.
"Look, sharp teeth."
The black cat bared its teeth, and small, delicate, adorable tiger teeth were revealed.
"Look, a fierce look."
The black cat rubbed against a nearby rock, then shook its body, puffing up its fur like an exploded cotton candy.
The Red Feather Bird stared at the fluffed-up black cat. After a moment, it spoke in a voice filled with anger, "Are you really a monster? Why are you so weak!"
"Of course."
The black cat nodded repeatedly.
