Walking on the side walk, our main character Lin Feng, was going home after a normal day at school. When all of a sudden he found a video game console sitting on the ground with no one seeming to own it, he picked it up and decided to check it out.
The console, had some mysterious symbols on it, which once touched by him started to how a green colour, Lin Feng dropped it on the ground in surprise, but for some reason it didn't touch the ground, but floated on the ground, then it suddenly started expanding as if about to explode, Lin Feng began running away from it but for some reason it was like he was trapped in a time loop because every time he ran forward and passed the console, he would always find himself back behind the console, then.
Booom!
The console exploded and it took Lin Feng along with it.
" Hello! Where am I ?, Where is this place?" Lin Feng shouted trying to find out where he is, one minute, he was running from a video game console and the next he appeared in a starry scape. Then all of a sudden a golden throne appeared floating in the middle of the starry place, a beautiful woman who had the features of an Immortal was sitting on the throne with a crystal staff in her hand.
" Welcome, mortal, you are very lucky to have met me in all your tiny life time." Said the woman while smiling at Lin Feng.
" Who are you and what am I doing here?" Lin Feng asked, putting his guard up for any danger.
" I am so sorry for not intrducing myself sooner, I am the overpowered luck goddess and you are in the overpowered luck realm." Said the woman with a smile on her face.
" Hey lady, stop pulling my legs here, or else I'm going to call the police and you would get arrested for kidnapping! " Lin Feng shouted, after hearing the nonsense that the so called "goddess" said.
" You can go on ahead and try, but I think you should look at yourself in the mirror first." Then she waved her hand and a mirror appeared out of thin air, then it slowly fell onto Lin Feng's hand.
" Petty magic tricks." Lin Feng said, but deep inside, he was actually amazed by the move the woman just did, then he looked at the mirror and was astonished by what he saw. " Holy moly, am I a ghost." Lin Feng said after looking at the mirror and finding out that his body was half transparent, then he looked at the ground and found out that he was floating above the ground without a feet.
" Can you see now, you are a ghost, normally you aren't even supposed to appear in a mirror at all, it's all due to the circumstance of your death that you still have a consiousness, for normally, you should be a mindless wondering ghost, that has absolutely no destination in sight." The woman on the throne said as she stood up and floated to the ground.
" So, what you're trying to say is that, i'm dead? And thtt the only reason I still have a consiousness is because of how I died? And so how did I die?" Lin Feng asked.
" It was actually the fault of the god of time, he made a rift in time by mistake and a game from the year three thousand and twenty four, which is approximately a thousand years away from your original time, it exploded because it's connection with it's main sever has been severed so all it could do was to self destruct if someone else from the true owner of the console touches it, so we gods decided to give you another chance, but you also have some conditions." The goddess said.
" Whoa, that's a lot of information for me to process, but let me put that aside for now, what are your conditions?" Lin Feng asked with a little bit of fear, I mean these people are god's whatever their condition is it is probably something a regular mortal like him can achieve.
" Our conditions are, one, we want to send you to a different world, the world we came from. Two, we want you to pick two cheat orbs instead of three like the others that have come before you. Three, we want you to become a god in a thousand years time. Four and also the final, if you fail to become a god you would turn to dust. Do you agree to these conditions and if you dontd feel alright with these conditions you can just become a wandering soul." The goddess said with a serious exppression on her face.
" What! I knew you god's would ask for something outrageous, but this.. this is just too much." Lin Feng yelled, after hearing the over exaggerated request of the gods.
" I don't care what you think, it's either you accept our conditions or become a mindless ghost wandering the river of time and space." The goddess said with a stern look on her face.
" Sigh!, I would actually get reincarnated, but unlike the other cool protagonists on webnovel that gain op cheat, I gain half an op cheat and I still have to abide by some conditions. Fine I accept, at least I can try to become a god itsi much better than beign a mindless ghost for eternity." Lin Feng said with a defeated look. " Now that's the spirit, okay it's time to pick your cheat orbs." The goddess said joyfully as she waved her hands again and thousands upon thousands of shining orbs appeared in front of his eyes.
" These orbs are what the people who have come before you have to pick to enter a new world, normally they are all supposed to pick at least three orbs, but because of the way you died, which has truly never happened before in human and divine history, so you are technically an anomaly, all you can pick is two orbs, if you pick anymore than that even your ghost body might explode so get on picking." The goddess said with a demonic smile that made her look more like a demoness than a goddess.
" Fine, I understand, but I just can't believe that I got killed by a futuristic game." Lin Feng said in frustration. Then he walked towards the thousand of orbs and started thinking about which one he should pick.
While staring at the orbs, Lin Feng saw a dark green orb that immediaely caught his eyes. It was dark green and wasn't shining as bright as the others but the more he looked at it the more curious he became, so he decided to pick it. After looking around for about five more minutes he picked a sky blue orb, and went to show the goddess.
" Soo, what did you pick?"
" I picked these." Lin Feng said streching out his hands and reaveling a dark green and a sky blue orb. " Hmm, interesting." Said the goddess as she went back on the throne and was about to wave her staff, when Lin Feng asked her a question.
" goddess, before I go, how long does it usually take to become a god." Lin Feng asked.
" Well normally, it takes up to about a million years, but if you have real talent it would take at least fifty thousand years, I mean I am a seven hundred and seventy five thousand years old, and the youngest god to ever exist." The goddess said proudly.
" So you're just sending me on a suicide mission."
" Basically, yes!" The goddess said as she picked up her staff and waved it around, then a black hole appeared right behind Lin Feng's back and sucked him in.
" I hope you become a god faster young one because the Dominator is getting impatient he needs a rival and he need one fast, our deadline is a thousand years, so all the gods are counting on you, we would help you in secrets as much as we can, sigh! " The goddess exclaimed with a solemn look on her face and it even had a hint of fear.
Then slowly the stars in the starry scape started to go out, they would become bright again once another candidate for a protagonist appears.

Lin Feng soon found himself in another body. " Where the hell am I?" Lin Feng said while looking around the room, he found himself in a room with a somewhat anciean Chinese settings, but not a second later before his head began to hurt.

Apparently, the name of the former owner of the body, was also Lin Feng, and for the past two months he had been in his room trying to recover from the incident of the broken meridians and dantian.
