Further into the forest near the same coordinates of Terrance, Jayden, and Kevin, two unknown men continue to aimlessly roam around the desert, both holding an envelope with a paper inside labeling "INVITE". Looking up at the beautiful sky, one of the men, wearing a red bandana over his hair, sighed. "So, how are we gonna find him here?" The other man, wearing the same bandana, smiled. "Just trust me. We aren't Trila generals for nothing, but you haven't shown your full potential yet, Samuel!" Growling at his partner in crime, he looked back across the forest, seeing an abrupt but temporary end to it. "Why does the forest end here and start back up over there?" Looking in the massive pit, the other man, known as Tyler, sighed. "If Boss finds out that we didn't deliver the invite to the president of this region, we're as good as dead! I still don't know why he wants a party for people only in the Upper Banks…" Looking at an unknown tablet, Samuel sighed. "The Freedom Runners have arrived back in Trila. Now, how do we get over this pi-"
Suddenly, the same black substance that established Ender's rebirthed body engulfed the hole, marking an endless darkness in it. "What the hell is that!?" Samuel exclaimed, taking a deeper look. As his head lit up with an idea, Tyler rushed back into the forest, grinning. "I have an idea! Get a rock, and we can experiment somethinggggggggg!"
His faint voice disappeared. Before he could return from his expedition, however, the substance was bended into a wave type form, trying to engulf the body of Samuel. "Who is behind this massive pit!?" he exclaimed, jumping up in the air. Despite his worry, Tyler had returned for his experiment, holding a massive rock. "What are you gonna do with that?" Samuel asked, still trying to dodge the substance as he made his way through the pit. Suddenly, Tyler threw the gigantic rock into the pit.
Silence.
Right then, the element burned right through the rock, breaking it down almost instantly and completely. "We may be a while, boss."
Back under Diamond City, the corpses of the men that were sent out to search for the other caretakers of YYPOD sat, their arms, legs, and heads pierced from their body completely. Suddenly, the water surrounding them submerged the bodies completely, making them go afloat across the cell. Right after, both the shackles that held down the entity blew off, giving it authority to leave its cell. Looking up, it spans around repeatedly, converting into a drill-like formation. Jumping up into the air, it drilled through the ceiling, leaving the dismembered heads of the guards on the floor.
YYPOD was now completely on the loose across Diamond City. Right after leaving its cell, it resurfaced for the first time in a while, causing chaos around the city and destroying everything in its path. Back on the outskirts of the city sat the unaware Team ENTITY, who was still looking for a way into the city. Sulking, Samantha sighed for the hundredth time since they had arrived. "They added security!? God damn it, I'm not going throug-" Dragging her through the metal detector, Michael, Alex, and Spooky, who was in Samantha's purse, loomed through the gates. "How did they rebuild the city so fast…?" Gerald thought to himself, continuing. Looking at the lively stores that sat on every corner, he couldn't help but notice people desperately trying to evacuate the city for an unknown reason. Amid the cluelessness, Gerald predicted that it was some type of event that they were late for. "Huh." he thought to himself once again. Holding a cigarette he had not yet smoked, Alex looked at the city along with Gerald and Samantha, who was by his side. "I wonder if Michael's okay, he's just been sulking the entire time since we went on the mission. Eavesdropping on the conversation, Michael sighed. "I'll catch up with you guys later - Alex, come with me." Hesitating, Alex followed Michael into the dark alleyway, unaware of anything that was going on around him. All of a sudden, Michael halted halfway through the alley. Scoffing, Alex looked at Michael's face, which was as purple as a juicy plum. A few seconds later, Michael turned his head back at Alex. "Did Jayden tell you what happened, too?" Relieved, Alex sighed, happy that he didn't get jumped for their past together. "Nope. What did he tell you?" Sighing, Michael pulled out a small yet rolled up piece of paper out of his pocket. Unfolding the paper, he handed it to him politely. "Read this," he muttered. Looking closely at the paper, Alex scoffed. "A new study on pristine entities has been released? This also affects entities who are transmitted through a human body, or a pet like Spooky. There is a new substance going around named Gdna Vantablack Clover that is rumored to have been created by the family of Gregory White, who was harassed by the ghosts of ENTITY many years ago upon the return of entities. Since then, the substance has run loose and is able to represent bodies, and also reproduce itself if the person using it is dead, UNLESS they do not have the name of White. This study was made last week when we were in Death Desert!" Alex exclaimed, handing Michael back the paper. Adjusting his glasses, Michael led Alex out of the alleyway now that everything had been explained. "I wonder what's gonna happen in the next month due to the ongoing outbreak… Government officials never get a break."
