Meanwhile in Kevin's apartment sat Michael and Gerald, who were both sleeping on the floor. Meanwhile, Kevin was looking for something to eat in his kitchen, food deprived from being in Death Desert for days. "I'm starving…" he thought to himself. Opening his fridge, he gasped. "IS THAT… MEAT!?" he exclaimed, stuffing the entire bone into his mouth. All the commotion caused Michael to peep outside the room to see what Kevin was doing. As his face met the tremendous amount of meat that sat outside, Michael gasped. "How the hell did you get this much meat, Kevin…?" Scratching his head awkwardly, Kevin thought of the World Summit banquet, which he had quickly taken before the venue burned for hydration throughout the night as he battled Ikama Black. "It's nothing…" he muttered. Suddenly, a knock was heard on the door. Opening it, Kevin looked down to see who had knocked.
Spooky.
Picking up the cat, Kevin led him inside the house, setting him on the table. "What do you need, Spooky?" he asked. Suddenly, the cat opened its locket with a picture of her and Samantha, handing him a paper.
"REPORT TO PRESIDENTS' ALLEY ASAP"
-Jayden
Kevin sighed. "Do we have to go to Jayden so early in the morning?" he muttered. Gerald, recovering from his massive snooze, sighed. "Is it morning already? I'm tire-" The door was already open, and everyone had left the house. Breaking a cold sweat on his face, Gerald sighed. "Did I sleep 2 days in a row again..?"
Rushing to Presidents' Alley, Kevin continued to carry his meat and blanket in one hand, staining it in the process. "I wonder what he needs from us so early in the morning!" Gerald exclaimed, continuing through the night. Kevin sighed. "Whatever he's planning, it's probably stupi-"
Jayden sighed. "The Diamond Region is having some problems with an entity. "There were some guardians of the locked YYPOD, but they had been consumed by the entity and eaten for some rea…"
Jayden fell asleep. Shaking him repeatedly, Kevin managed to wake him up. "Oh, shit! Now, where was I…" Samantha, rushing into the room, sighed. "You were telling us what our new mission was, Jayden." Adjusting his glasses, he continued the conversation. "I want you to defeat YYPOD. Since you guys had went through the troubles of the Great Dune Dash and rushing all the way to Umue for the World Summit, after this mission, you're going to get a long brea… zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz"
Jayden fell into a deep slumber once again. Shaking him repeatedly once again, Samantha growled. "WAKE UP ALREADY, DUMBASS!" she exclaimed angrily. Suddenly, Jayden fell out of his chair. "Kevin, I want to train with you. I also need to take you to see someone I've known for quite some time…" Kevin scoffs. "Wait, so I can't go on the mission?" he asked. Jayden, adjusting his glasses and emerging back into his chair, sighed. "Not this time. While your team goes and terminates YYPOD, we'll go to a faraway town named Leap Town to meet someone that's a collision professional…" Kevin sighed. "So you want me to add collision to my Stormwrath?"
Laughing, Jayden smiled. "Spot on." Gerald, looking outside the window at the beautiful city, looked back at his friends. "We'll leave right now, I guess…" he muttered to Jayden. Jayden smiled. "Alright, I'll see you guys soon. Tell me if you need any-"
"Jayden, who was the person that healed me back at Embercliff during the Great Dune Dash?" Breaking out a cold sweat, Michael covered his mouth. "Shit! That was on my mind for the entire time…" Smiling, Jayden slammed his left hand across the table. Showing his right hand to the team, they saw five hearts, with one still recovering. "What's this?" Kevin asked, poking his hand with ease and care. Jayden sighed awkwardly. "To track your wellbeing, I have 5 hearts on here with each of your names. It tracks how you're doing in battles." Kevin scoffed. "You've been watching us this whole time, and we didn't know!?"
"I didn't finish my sentence, Kevin. If your heart is as low as Michael's, I can send out a fairy to heal you as much as possible. The side effects take at least 1% of my lifespan, but I'm about thirty now… Anyway, Team ENTITY except Kevin, you are DEPLOYED TO BATTLE YYPOD!"
Everyone left except Gerald. "Kevin… We'll see you soon, I guess…" he muttered. Putting his hand into a fist bump formation, Gerald smiled. "We'll come back victorious from the battle, and you can congratulate us!"
Kevin smiled. "I'll be looking forward to your return. Respectfully but seriously…"
