AURELIA'S POV:
I stand in front of the extra large library and i can't help but appreciate the beauty in the stacks of books carefully arranged and fitted into shelves that looked so clean and well oiled.
There's a large and extremely comfortable looking couch sitting at the edge of the room close to the floor to ceiling window which actually overlooks the large and beautiful rose garden.
After what happened with Gia, Alessandro refused to let me out of the room. He claimed I needed the rest in order to recover and refused to take my word for it even after I told him that I was perfectly fine.
Even after the doctor did a full body checkup on me, and declared that I was fit to move around, he still made sure stayed in bed for one more day.
I must admit, that as much as his concern is a little pleasing and blush inducing, it was a little stifling. It feels so good to be out of bed.
