Chapter 1 - Prologue

A maid rushes through the corridors of the castle. Olden paintings of past monarchs hung on the walls. Running towards a room there lies a beautiful woman giving birth. Her face is as white as the clouds, eyes wet with tears, messy hair, yet her beauty cannot be ignored. The bed is bloody. A Man wearing a crown pace around the room waiting for the child to arrive to the world.

Soon a cry can be heard throughout the room. "It's a boy!" Exclaimed the doctor who helped the woman give birth. "Congratulations, your magesty. It is a boy. You have an heir to the throne." The baby cried and twisted his body. "My Queen are you okay?" Asked the man with the crown. "I am alright." She answered. The two new parents watch as their newborn child sleep peacefully in the hands of the Queen. The doctor stood, smiling while admiring the peaceful atmosphere of the room. The atmosphere shattered, commotions in the halls of the castle can be heard.

In the halls of the castle, blood splattered around the walls. Screams of panic rang around the castle. A group soldiers fighting the invaders yet they are dealt quickly. "What a weak country." Sneered a man who sits on the bloodied throne. "Where is your king?" The man who was asked remained silent for a moment. "I would rather die than tell you where he is. Helbon waits for you in Edente." The man spat out, his eyes determined, blazing with rage and contemp to the man. "What a waste. Give my regards to Helbon." Thrusting his sword straight to the man's heart. The man died quickly, bathing in his own blood with a smile of helplessness on his face. His last thoughts were "Young King you must live."

The door of the room is shaking due to the forceful attack from the outside yet it still stood. "Quick your Magesties run, I will stall them." Said the maid. Her young face full of energy. The King gently gave the newborn to the maid and pushed her to the secret passage. As the door broke, arrows shot through and killed the tired queen. The King angered fought the soldiers. He brought out his sword. Slicing the neck of a soldier closest to him. He rushed towards the enemy, slashed and stabbed each soldier in his range. He spat out blood as a spear went through his armor. "I trusted you." Said the King to the man standing infront of him. The other King only laughed and he signalled someone. A soldier gave him the newborn with the lifeless body of the maid still holding onto the baby. "What a celebration. A new heir to the throne. Good." The other King laughed. He held a dagger on top of the baby. "No. No. Please. Take me instead. He is innocent. He hasn't experienced life yet." The King begged. Bowing down to the other King as his blood gushed out, still bowing his head. "Too late." The other King laughed maniacally as he stabbed the baby. A muffled cry from the baby can be heard. The King wept and sobbed out loud. Rage and sadness washed over him. His eyes turned black. Black smoke gather around him. He is covered in a black mist. The mist entered all his orifices, he turned into a black entity. Two meters tall, a wide grin of rows of sharp white teeth, blood red eyes and a ring on his nose. Horns start to grow on his head. His body deformed into a mix of a monster and a demon. The demon laughed. In just a blink of an eye, all the soldiers lost their still beating hearts. The demon laughed again as he eat the hearts of the soldiers. Laughing, he slowly approached the other King cowering on the side of the room. "What are you? You're a monster. You shouldn't exist!" The other king said with his voice quivering in fear. "Oh yes I do. I exist. I am living. The World doesn't deserve this land. I shall completely destroy the borders of the two Continents. I shall seal this land. No such greedy hands will touch this land. Nor a blood of a Royal of this world shall touch the throne and the crown. Whoever touch the throne and the crown shall be the true king. He shall rule and only him will rule the two Continents of the world. He again laughed as he devoured the other King. The screams of the man rang out until it was drowned in the sound of flesh tearing apart and bones crushing. As the demon's mouth is covered in blood, he laughed and cried at the same time. "Asientento Ariende Sieste." (May you rest in Sieste.) He looked at the baby and the dead queen while whispering the words.

A shadow stood on top of the highest mountain of the Dendo Continent. The top of the mountain is covered in eternal snow and the lava from the center of the world flows downward. "Festuren Devus Eston Garén. Arieon Denobiun Despiones." (Separate from the other continent and flow towards the middle of the ocean. Seal yourself and open 18 years after I wake up.)

In the Continent of Versida. Only one King ruled the whole continent. But the King disappeared and so is the sought after Continent. Years of searching yet there is no result. As the years went by people forgot about the Continent. Greed and envy of the humans destroyed the Kingdom. It was divided into 40 countries and Kingdoms. War and famine clouded the lands for hundreds of years. Thousands of years later. Only 7 major kingdoms survived. And it was implemented the absolute rule of Kings. No one shall worship others aside from their king. Disobedience is punishable by death. People lived in fear. Poor got the small end of the stick. Nobles live in luxury without the eyes of the law. Royals and Monarchs are revered as gods in their own kingdom. Only the royal bloods are gifted with the elemental magic. Fire, water, air, earth, nature, light, and dark. Each Kingdom is gifted with one. However there are few people who are given gifts from the outside of the world. These are called star readers. They are able to see the near future and can heal even to the deadliest injury or poison. They are highly valued next to the Monarchs.

A man woke up on the side of the beach. His body covered in tattered and unknown clothes. His golden eyes shone. His stubbled jaw clenched. His short hair ruffled due to the wind. He stood tall and proud as if he is a King that ruled a country for thousands of years. "It is time." His handsome face bore a wicked smile which added to charm to his face. He slowly disappeared in the jungle ahead of him without a care for the dangerous creatures of the Jungle. He whsitled an eerie and unsettling tone as he walked slowly as the once clear night sky turned to blood red and the moon turned into a dark red color. An unsettling laugh rang throughout the jungle.
