The mechanical Vermilion Bird was engulfed in flames, its wings spreading tens of meters wide. As it hovered above the barrier, it nearly blocked out all the light.

The barrier shuddered before instantly shattering.
Yu Li dove down, and upon reaching Sangmo, he extended his long arm to scoop her up by the waist, leaping skyward with her in tow.
As they stood atop the Vermilion Bird's head, Sangmo looked back to see Guan Nan with a complex expression, seemingly tinged with sadness.
Sangmo waved to him and shouted, "Take care!"
She thought: Maybe this time I won't see you again.
