Ren Yushi smiled awkwardly, "I've recently been on bad terms with a classmate, so I was wondering if it might be that student causing trouble on purpose."
"So I just installed a pinhole camera because I wanted to see if it was that annoying guy."
"What if it was?" the police detective asked again.
"If it was, I might've beaten him up." Ren Yushi touched his nose, looking somewhat embarrassed.
The detective didn't pursue further and had Ren Yushi send over the video, then recorded Ren Yushi's personal information, saying they might need to speak with him again later if certain situations arose.
Ren Yushi nodded in agreement and was then escorted out of the office by the detective.
Captain Zhao accompanied Ren Yushi all the way to the entrance of the Public Security Bureau, watched him get into the car, and then turned to head back.
