The flashing police lights were so dazzling in the darkness that Ye Mingrui couldn't see clearly, but he thought he saw Shen Yi.
"Ye Mingrui!" Shen Yi shouted again, making sure that Ye Mingrui had really seen him.
Once he saw Ye Mingrui looking down at him, Shen Yi took a deep breath and said solemnly, "Ye Mingrui, as long as you let her go, whatever you demand, I'll agree to it."
Shen Yi's voice was low, and one could easily hear the suppressed anger in it, yet he remained impressively calm, as if everything was within his control.
However, no one knew how panicked Shen Yi was at that moment. His body felt cold, and his mind was filled with the nightmare he had on the plane.
He clenched his fists tightly, trying his best not to tremble.
