Known as the "Grande Dame of the Far East," the Peninsula's most conspicuous hallmark service is the fleet of 14 extended Rolls-Royce Phantoms for guest transportation.
The reason Chu Mo took an interest in it was that it's the only hotel in Hong Kong that offers helicopter sightseeing tours and pick-up services; with two helipads on the roof, it has the McDonnell Douglas MD902 Explorer helicopter, and is one of the most luxurious and expensive hotels in Hong Kong.
Another more important reason Chu Mo chose to stay here was that the target of this mission, international superstar Amy Belle, was staying here.
