Ma Kai was a thin man in his late thirties, without a particularly strong build. His most distinctive feature was a triangular face, giving the impression at first glance that he was rather sly and cunning!
In fact, Ma Kai was Su Zhengxiong's right-hand man, along with Niu Li, they were known as the "bull head and horse face" beside Su, the King of Hell.
Niu Li was that powerful man who, in a showdown at the Tengwang Pavilion Grand Hotel, had broken three of Jiang Tao's ribs despite being left with only half a life himself. Being able to put Jiang Tao in hospital reflected his formidable strength.
