When Chen Feng and Meriya climbed to the top of the steps, they discovered the place resembled an ancient Roman amphitheater, with an elliptical plaza at its base that was at least the size of two football fields. The spot from which they had previously emerged was located at the very bottom of the amphitheater, and above were rows of small, partitioned rooms, leaving both Chen Feng and Meriya in stunned silence.
"Could it be... this place isn't a pyramid, but a Roman cultural layer?" Chen Feng and Meriya quietly exchanged glances.
"Let's go, time is running out, we need to find the source of the curse as quickly as possible," Chen Feng said, after taking a moment to collect his shocked thoughts.
The Roman cultural layer had long been buried beneath the surface, and its preservation here was so complete it would definitely become a wonder of the world if discovered. But Chen Feng had no interest in that; he had come to find the source of the curse.
