Naqu County, belonging to the Naqu region of Tibet, is the political, economic, cultural, traffic, information, and communication center of Northern Tibet. Located in the central northern part of Tibet Autonomous Region, between the Tanggula Mountains and Nyainqentanglha Mountains, the area sits at an elevation of more than 4450 meters, which was the destination Chen Feng planned to visit.
