The scene suddenly froze for a few seconds.
Eventually, it was Amanda who noticed everyone's stupor and spoke up, dissatisfied, "What's with those expressions?"
The president chuckled bitterly, "Miss Amanda, stop messing around. You're making me feel... you're not normal. You should go to the hospital with me for a check-up right away!"
Not normal?
Amanda was furious, "I know whether I'm normal or not. I've said it... and I'm warning all of you again, don't you dare trouble him; I will handle this myself!"
"If I find out any of you are scheming behind my back, you'll all go to hell!"
Her words undoubtedly carried an unmistakable tone.
And at that moment, everyone believed her... mostly.
"Amanda." Heidi couldn't help but be amused and exasperated, "Are you serious?"
Amanda's gaze shifted away, "What? Even you think I've lost my mind? Or perhaps, are you planning to compete with me?"
