Five ancient emperors, materialized from the paintings of time-honored sovereigns, hovered side by side in midair, wielding their treasures: a sword, a long spear, a shield, a flickering treasure lamp, and a flute. Each weapon shone with a golden light, exuding an air of grandeur. They faced the Black Dragon, and the scene greatly resembled an epic battle between good and evil.
The emperors naturally embodied righteousness, while the Black Dragon seemed to represent evil incarnate. This was quite an awkward situation. From the standpoint of the elder at the Red Wall and the desires of the common people, chaos under heaven is certainly not wished for. Tang Ye is fighting to protect the peace of the land, with the Black Dragon as his companion. Yet, ironically, he appears to be on the side of evil, a thought that elicits sighs of regret.
