Everyone's heart was in their throat, especially Qin Yaoyao, as the one inside was her only relative.
"Xiaomeng, please save Yaoyao's mother," Liu Bingrui said, her voice full of distress as she shook Zhang Xiaomeng's arm.
Zhang Xiaomeng grunted affirmatively and then walked into the operating room.
Under normal circumstances, the operating room must be closed. However, a nurse had earlier come out to get a blood bag and forgot to close the door, so Zhang Xiaomeng managed to enter smoothly.
But this sterile room wasn't somewhere people could enter without disinfection.
Zhang Xiaomeng had just stepped in when someone stopped him.
"Who are you, and what are you doing here? You may have germs on you. You could kill the patient. Do you understand that?" a nurse yelled at Zhang Xiaomeng.
Zhang Xiaomeng spoke sternly, "If you stop me, she's really beyond saving."
"Are you a doctor too?" a group of people looked at him.
"Yes, but I'm a traditional Chinese medicine practitioner."
