Seeing such an extravagant elevator corridor, Liu Die was full of anticipation for the space beyond the great door at the end of the hallway.
She followed Su Wen, led by his hand, to the front of the door, which was secured with a newly changed password lock.
"Open the door." Liu Die urged when she saw Su Wen standing still in front of the door, watching her. She was a bit too eager to see what an apartment in Kaiyue Building really looked like. Especially after seeing the corridor they'd just come through; matching that, the apartment's decoration would probably cost a few million.
"You can open the door too," Su Wen said with a smug smile on his face.
"How can I open it when I don't know the password, unless you've also recorded my face and fingerprints?" Liu Die's tone was one of anxious irritation, like a child who finds the gates of a theme park closed upon arrival.
