After taking a shower and changing into new clothes, Su Wen and his three friends had transformed into respectable city dwellers.
"These branded clothes really are different, wearing them feels so comfortable," said He Hu, the classic newcomer to the city, feeling refreshed all over after soaking in hot water and steaming in a sauna, then changing into an outfit from Uniqlo.
"Uniqlo is nothing special as a brand, but it's definitely more comfortable than what we have in our county," Li Shan chimed in, slightly more knowledgeable. He also knew that his outfit, which cost just over a hundred bucks, wasn't any famous brand, but he acknowledged the quality was solid.
"People in the provincial city call this brand the 'king of basics.' It's certainly better than what we had on before," added Lin Ze, who had also changed and looked a bit nervous.
None of them had been to a nightclub before, always thinking of it as something overly mysterious.
