The next morning, Li Qiang dropped Lin Xi off for her class and then headed to the store that was still being refurbished, using the address given by Liu Xiangyang. He floored the accelerator as he drove.
Looking at the general outline of the store, it really was decorated just like the original one, but more like a 1:1 enlarged version.
It must have been Li Qiang's first appearance, as the renovation workers didn't recognize him. Thus, one of the workers who was plastering the wall took the initiative to speak up, "Mister, this store ain't open yet; you should check out other places."
Li Qiang shook his head, "I'm one of the owners of this joint. Just been caught up with some stuff recently, and today, having some free time, thought I'd come take a look."
The worker seemed a bit puzzled, but ultimately didn't say anything more, just whispering and chatting with a buddy.
