The next morning, He Qianhui got up early to cook noodles for Liu Gang and made scrambled eggs with green onions as a dish.
"Are you going out to work today?"
Slurping the noodles, Liu Gang said somewhat impatiently, "If I don't go out to find work, what will we eat and spend?"
He Qianhui sighed. In fact, she wanted to find something to do as well, even if it meant earning a little less to help with the household expenses.
But Liu Gang cared about appearances and felt that a woman working implied he, as a man, could not provide for the family.
"Then, are you coming back for lunch?"
After a bite of the egg, Liu Gang replied, "I don't know, if I do, I'll call you. Later, go to the market and buy some meat."
Although Liu Gang wasn't great with words, he had truly never been stingy with her; otherwise, He Qianhui would have long since caused a fuss about getting a divorce.
These days, it's common for men to struggle to find a wife, while a woman looking to get married has it very easy.
Especially someone like He Qianhui, who wasn't bad-looking and had a good figure—even if it were a second marriage, there would be people lining up for her.
After Liu Gang finished breakfast, he mounted his electric bike and left. He Qianhui tidied up the house briefly and then took some change from the drawer to go out and buy groceries.
At the market, she inadvertently ran into Zhang Hao, who was also there to shop.
Remembering the incident from yesterday, He Qianhui's heart suddenly sped up. Seeing him there, she turned to leave.
Zhang Hao hurriedly chased after her: "Sister-in-law, why do you walk away when you see me? I don't bite."
He Qianhui stopped in her tracks and turned to look at Zhang Hao's vibrant appearance, that youthful vigor of someone in his twenties, which Liu Gang lacked.
"I left in such a rush, I forgot my wallet. I need to go back and get it."
Thinking it was something serious, Zhang Hao gestured and said, "I've got money here, what do you need to buy, sister-in-law?"
"Your cousin wants to eat some meat; I came to buy a few pounds of ribs," said He Qianhui.
Ribs didn't cost much; Zhang Hao had enough cash in his pocket.
"Hao, why don't you come over for lunch today? Your cousin and I can't finish so much."
Ever since he learned his cousin wanted to use a sperm donor, Zhang Hao knew he needed to keep his distance from his sister-in-law.
"No need, I can't avoid drinking with my cousin, and I have things to do this afternoon," he said.
After politely declining the invitation from his sister-in-law, Zhang Hao efficiently headed back home.
Close to noon, Zhang Hao's parents returned and immediately called him out.
"Hao, take this to your cousin's place; he needs it urgently."
In his heart, Zhang Hao really didn't want to, but he had no choice.
Carrying the item, he walked toward his cousin's house and upon arrival, noticed the electric bike parked inside—his cousin must have come back for lunch.
Hearing noises from the kitchen, Zhang Hao walked over.
In the kitchen, He Qianhui was kneading dough, her arms working forcefully, pressing down on the dough with the palms of her hands, making her chest heave with the movement.
Liu Gang was gazing at the meat stewing in the pot, the fragrance wafting enticingly.
"I just called Hao's parents; he's probably coming after lunch. You need to seize the opportunity. Tricking him once or twice might work, but if it happens too often, it won't be effective anymore," Liu Gang said.
He Qianhui hummed in acknowledgment, taking the dough out of the white porcelain basin and dividing it into fist-sized pieces.
Glancing at the pot, Liu Gang let out a sly smile, "These big steamed buns, once steamed, will be bigger than yours."
He Qianhui clicked her tongue and looked at him with a mix of exasperation, "Can't you keep your mouth shut for once? You say whatever comes to your mind."
"Why can't I say it; you're my wife. Besides, we're at home; there are no strangers around. I won't hide it from you; at my job, you don't know how many people envy me."
He Qianhui rolled her eyes, placed the kneaded buns in the pot, and steamed them.
However, she also knew that if her man were a monk devoid of earthly desires, that would be really odd.
If Liu Gang was good in bed, then he truly was a fine man, full of desire, with a variety of tricks.
As He Qianhui's thoughts drifted, she realized she had lost focus and shook her head to quickly finish kneading the remaining buns.
The two of them chatted in the kitchen, completely unaware that Zhang Hao was just outside.
Outside the kitchen, Zhang Hao knew his cousin hadn't given up.
He thought it best to leave quickly, lest he be found and forced into a corner.
No sooner had Zhang Hao left than Liu Gang came to the window, grabbing two bulbs of garlic to peel.
He vaguely noticed a figure passing by but didn't pay it any mind, though he felt it looked familiar.
After returning home, Zhang Hao saw that his parents had already prepared the meal. He ate a few bites before retreating to his room.
For some reason, as soon as he got back to his room, all he could think about was He Qianhui.
Especially the way her eyes grew hazy as she stood before him, undressing, licking her lips and begging him to have her, her seductive and wanton look.
It wasn't that his sister-in-law wasn't tempting enough; it was just that Zhang Hao had so far been unable to cross that boundary.
He had been fine until he thought of her, which was when his libido reacted.
Zhang Hao quickly closed the curtains and locked the bedroom door.
In this age of advanced technology, men could buy toys too—it wasn't necessary to rely solely on their hands.
However, no matter if it was his hand or a toy, neither was as soft as a woman's part.
Midway through pleasuring himself, his phone suddenly rang, and Zhang Hao was a bit annoyed but still removed the toy.
Looking at his erect member, he didn't bother with it.
Glancing at his phone, he saw the call was from his cousin.
Looking at the vibrating number, Zhang Hao hesitated about whether to answer.
He guessed his cousin had probably gone out to work after dinner.
As Zhang Hao hesitated, the call disconnected on its own.
Before he even set the phone down, his mother's voice came from the living room.
"Hao, your sister-in-law wants you to come over and help move some stuff. Your cousin is calling you; why aren't you answering?"
Zhang Hao quickly put on his pants, opened the bedroom door, and pretended he had just woken up: "I fell asleep just now and didn't hear it. I'll go right now."
Arriving at his cousin's place, if it weren't for overhearing the idle chatter between his brother-in-law and sister-in-law.
Zhang Hao would have thought this trip over was really just about moving things.
But after arriving, he found the front door unlocked, merely ajar. It was clearly an invitation for him.
Thankfully, the two families were on good terms. Zhang Hao could walk in like this without raising any suspicion from the neighbors.
Standing at the door, Zhang Hao took a deep breath; he was afraid of walking in on a scene he shouldn't see.
He pushed the door and entered; the living room was empty, but there were sounds coming from the bedroom, and he knew that sound all too well.
"Sister-in-law, are you there?" Zhang Hao walked in, calling out twice.
As a result, the noises from the bedroom only grew louder; it was clear she was comforting herself.
This sister-in-law was really insatiable, and in broad daylight no less!
Listed to the sound, Zhang Hao's throat turned dry. Thinking of his sister-in-law's voluptuous body, this time his lower body did the thinking.
