Huang Yu suddenly seemed much frailer as she leaned there, sipping her soup.
"It's all your fault!" When she caught Ji Yang's gaze, Huang Yu rebuked him with shy indignation.
She bore little resemblance to the serious demeanor she used to maintain.
"I wonder who kept insisting on more strength."
Huang Yu's face was flushed with embarrassment; she didn't even know why she had become like that.
After their lengthy efforts, both were famished. Ji Yang was particularly struggling. Having absorbed Huang Yu's energy, Ji Yang felt significantly stronger; his strength and stamina had both improved substantially.
He had no idea what caused this.
"Your cooking is pretty good," Huang Yu had to admit, despite their wilderness setting. Ji Yang's large pot of food was indeed delicious.
Huang Yu didn't know if it was hunger or something else, but that day she just kept wanting to eat more.
"Then eat up. After we're full, we can resume our battle."
