I decide to put the mana matter aside for now since there is nothing I can do about it until we come up with a solution to fix the biolayer problem. We know it is possible because of the other Jack, so it's just a matter of time.
The dinner party is supposed to start at 6 p.m. However, it's already 6:30, and only Bella and I are here in the dining room. The other girls have probably gotten caught up in something interesting. That's what you would expect when women go shopping together. On the other hand, there's nothing to worry about. They have their communication devices with them all the time, so if they need any help, Bella will be there in no time.
Well, I can't say that I like punctual people. But on this special occasion alone, it's fine. It just means more time for me to enjoy the fine wine and relax.
