Right now, the strongest homunculus is only Champion rank in power level. But if we can utilize the demonization process, we can boost them to Destroyer or even War Saint levels. That will certainly give us a much better chance of winning the next war. Despite the high risk, power is power, and as they always say, 'the ends justify the means.'
However, if we just simply replicate what the Hawksmoor is doing and create our demonized humans by killing other innocent lives, we would be no better than them. Sure, the corruption from demon blood can bring us great power, but we simply cannot let ourselves be consumed by greed, and I'm sure everyone here knows that.
