The Harrow estate is a massive 200-acre property located to the northwest of Vera. It takes roughly a three-hour carriage ride to get there from the city, passing through the Whispering Pines and ending at the southern shore of a small lake called Lake Harrow, where the estate is situated.
This makes it perfect for a light morning sprint. My goal is to do two laps around this lake within one hour, totaling a 64-kilometer run. The sun is not yet up, but the cool, fresh air of early morning is more than enough to help me relax, bringing my mind back to equilibrium. The rhythmic sound of my feet hitting the ground and my steady breathing create a meditative state, allowing me to clear my mind and prepare for the day ahead.
