Unsurprisingly, around 70% of the groups so far have chosen to face the rock wyvern, and nearly all of them make the same fatal mistake. They rely on barriers, hoping that defensive magic will keep them safe, only to be wiped out within seconds.
The barrier strategy isn't entirely flawed, though—it works fairly well against other types of wyverns that favor ranged attacks, like the Ice or Fire ones.
So far, no group has dared to play proactively. None have chosen to go on the offense. Instead, they remain trapped in a defensive mindset, believing their only hope is to raise a stronger, more durable barrier.
As a result, the test has gradually devolved into a competition of endurance—a contest to see which group can conjure the best barrier, the one that lasts the longest under the wyvern's relentless assault.
