As the combat test begins, all 248 participants are divided into groups of four, and each group will face off against a test monster. The chosen monster for this year's exam is a Wyvern.
The group has the freedom to select the wyvern's elemental attribute, allowing them to tailor the challenge to their strengths. However, the wyverns are 1 Star Destroyer Rank in terms of power, far stronger than most participants, who are only at Elite Warrior or Champion Rank. Defeating the wyvern is not the goal. Instead, the objective is to survive for five minutes, using any magic or strategies they can muster.
If they manage to damage the wyvern, they'll earn additional points. Every action, every spell cast, and how effectively the group works together will be carefully evaluated. Survival time is a key metric, but personal contribution, teamwork, and leadership are equally critical in the final assessment.
