The next day, Sophia, Ariella, Bella, and I leave the Harrow estate and begin our journey toward Vera. We depart somewhat late in the morning after breakfast and eventually arrive at Vera when the sun is at its peak.
As we pass through the city gate, the familiar sights greet me: houses packed closely together, people of all races walking the streets, music from street performers filling the air, and vibrant market stalls bustling with life.
It's been so long, hasn't it?
A wave of nostalgia washes over me as I sit in the carriage, gazing out the window. I spot the old merchant stalls where we used to buy meat skewers on lazy afternoons. I see the large, weathered inn where the three of us stayed during those chaotic early days. And there, in the heart of the city, Vera's Library standing tall, a majestic, white tower that almost reaches the clouds.
Time... it sure moves quickly.
In the blink of an eye, months have passed.
