Swift Blink has a cooldown of three seconds, but Ariella was able to use it twice in less than a second! This makes no sense!

As Julian follows Dominic's gaze, his eyes widen in shock once again.
"Is that… even possible?" he mutters, unable to believe his eyes. His voice is a whisper, more to himself than to anyone else.
For Ariella to use Swift Blink twice in such quick succession, there's only one explanation: she has another item with the same spell! Indeed, previously, there was only one ring on her left hand. But now, I see two.
So, she had been hiding that second one to trick Alexander, so that she could land another hit on him.
