The next day...
As dawn breaks over the sprawling estate, the air buzzes with anticipation. Archduke Eldric Harrow will be arriving soon, as mentioned in the letter he sent. So, we all dress as formally as possible and gather at the entrance to await his arrival.
As I stand beside Sophia at the main entrance, I hold her hand tight. Soon, she will be seeing the man she thought betrayed and murdered her parents years ago. Even though the latest evidence we gathered from Ariella and our own investigation points to his innocence, nothing is certain yet. Regardless, we must be careful with every action, and most importantly, Sophia needs to control her emotions well.
So far, she has been doing great around Ariella, so I don't think that will be an issue.
But we'll see.
