After reading it, they're memorizing the lines of their own character and try to act as the character at the same time.
Aihara sees everyone is working hard to bring their character to life.
After that, she looks at Ryunosuke.

Because Ryunosuke is just standing there and daydreaming.

Ryunosuke replies, "Because i'm good at memorizing."
