With Tammy's last words, Alicia calmed down before she smiled and nodded her head. " Ok then,I'll lock the door".
And with that, Sophie and Tammy bid her goodbye with the third girl following behind,she didn't even bother saying a word all the while she was there because she was too busy staring at Alicia, probably Wondering if she was real or not.
As soon as they left,they shut the door and Alicia was left alone in the room as she buried her face in her book again.
After about 30 minutes she immediately jerked up because she was feeling sleepy and she just remembered she hadn't locked the door. She lazily strolled towards the door and was just about to pin it when she decided to first of all take a look outside because the place had suddenly become quite.
Alicia opened the door and to her greatest surprise,the brightly lit narrow hallway was empty and void of any soul, even the doors of the rooms were locked from the outside indicating no one was in their room.
'what!!!,did they all go for the party,and was she the only one on this floor right now?' she asked herself,she later shrugged her shoulders concluding that maybe it was only this floor and the other floors weren't like this.
However one thing Alicia failed to know was that Hostel Hall 3 girls did'nt joke with parties.
Alicia quickly closed her door and locked it once with the key, before removing it from the door in case Tammy and Sophie were to come back, she then moved and crashed into her bed after which she unplugged her phone which was already full to check for any last messages before she slept,she opened her message box and she saw that that guy from today ,Ryan had sent her a fluffy white teddy emoji which said goodnight,she smiled and wished him Same before she finally dropped her phone and drifted into a slumber.
The next morning,
It was already few minutes to 7:00 am when Alicia woke up,she was quite surprised to see that Tammy was already awake and dressing up,.
'How could she wake up before her when she'd gone to a party last night' she wondered,she looked at Sophie's bed and she saw that the latter was still fast asleep and didn't even bother taking off her heels.
"Oh you're awake" Tammy said as soon as she noticed Alicia's gaze on her
"G-good morning" Alicia greeted. " I I didn't expect you to be up so early" she confessed but Tammy's response was a smug smile.
Unknown to Alicia, Last night,Tammy had ditched the party on her way and ran back to the hostel because of Alicia.
Tammy although had spent only a year in Montgomery but she already knew what the school was like, especially her hostel,hall 3, it was a den!!
She knew how some innocent girls were harassed at nights like this if they were not careful, and she was quite sure Alicia knew nothing about this if not she'd never have accepted to stay in the hostel alone.
Tammy knew she herself wasn't a saint but the moment she saw Alicia,she immediately perceived a nice,good and well mannered girl,she felt drawn to her and she only wished to protect her so that at least the angels in the heavens could applaud her for doing something good and it was a good thing she returned and that too in time because of three notorious boys she'd sighted lurking around on the very first floor.
Luckily for Tammy,they didn't see her,she was very surprised at their appearance as she never expected that they would resume their illict activities in just less than a week of resumption. Tammy hated this hall,it's security wasn't even worth calling security and had she had enough money she'd have long ago changed to a better hostel and the worst part of it was that the girls in question who were being assaulted by the boys at night didn't make any efforts to disturb the authorities, because they too enjoyed what the boys did with them, they enjoyed when they were being forced to sex by two to three or even more boys at the same time.
Tammy sneaked up to the third floor holding her heels being careful not to make any sound, upon entering their room, Tammy discovered that the door was only locked once which was very risky and could have been fatal for Alicia that night as the boys could have easily opened the door from the outside and gotten in.
It was a surprise that these horny bad boys had come up with a way of unlocking their doors when it was locked only once and that was why even the school authorities had instructed they locked their door twice or better still thrice for safety purpose.
Tammy came in quietly and Alicia didn't even notice,it seemed she was a deep sleeper.
Tammy was not surprised when few minutes later, the boys came to their room that night and tried forcing it open with their instrument but when they discovered it was locked thrice,they gave up and left.
Tammy couldn't thank God Enough that she followed her instincts and hurried back to the hostel,she couldn't even imagine how Alicia could have been by now.
"Why don't you go dress up Alicia,I heard you theatre arts students have a meeting by 8:00am" Tammy said and Alicia was quick to pick up her toothbrush,her sponge/soap and rush to the bathroom.
Upon getting to the bathroom, Alicia found out that the big spacious bathroom was tiled up till the very end of the walls,it was big and neat,very neat and the good news about it was that only three of them had to use it, since she was very strict when it came to her personal hygiene and sharing with three people only wasn't that bad.
