Chapter 1 - Li Xin who hides many secrets

Sitting on a raised platform, a man in white smiled coldly as he looked at everyone below him.

"This old guys are becoming more and more bold! I guess my hands off approach over the years has made me soft in their eyes. They even dare to have thoughts of going against my plans."

He didn't like to play games and thus his eyes checked everyone out, not disrupting their rumbling.

Shifting his head to the left, some snoring sounds came from there and he didn't mind it.

The thing that was making him impatient was the talk from the old men.

He waited until the entire hall descend into chaos, before coughing.

Only those who were attentive realized who he had a bored expression on his face.

Clearly what they were saying wasn't in his eyes.

"Enough! You are making my head dizzy already." His calm voice reached everyone and some even trembled lightly.

It was because they just felt like a terrifying beast glanced at them for a moment.

This was the difference in martial art levels, and it was very effective.

The noise was so loud, at the beginning, then it suddenly became cold; this was enough to get their attention.

Seeing how Li Xin was looking at them jokingly, some elders panicked.

Those that had forgotten how this place came to be had been awakened by that look.

To them, this man was very cruel, especially when he established the Mystic Pavilion.

It was rare to see this look, but it was also chilling.

The entire hall suddenly descended into silence.

The look in his eyes (Li Xin) was making them shiver. Li Xin was a lot of things, but not a pushover, and this was evident from his status in the martial world.

When it came to ruthlessness towards enemies not many could rival him.

 "Are you done?"

The voice sounded calm, and moderate, not loud, but everyone had the urge to bow down.

"Okay! This has gone on long enough!" His voice continued.

"Wang Di!"

He looked at the group of elders gathered and called out.

"Here!"

A man walked out from them, he seemed young, but he had a sword tied on his waist. He has a scar on the left side of his face.

"How are the things I asked you to investigate?" Li Xin asked again.

"Pavilion Master! I discovered that what you had guessed was indeed happening!" Wang Di replied.

"Oh! Go on!" Li Xin motioned for Wang Di to confinue talking.

"Some group was trying to make moves on our property in some remote regions where communication is difficult to reach." The man replied without even having any panic on his face.

"How did you handle it?" Li Xin asked again.

"They have been dealt with, without mercy. Through some intoragation of those that didn't commit suicide, I concluded they were meant to shift blame for their actions." He replied.

"Oh! Nothing was gained?" Li Xin looked at him suspiciously.

"Say what you want to say, no need to be hesitant." He spoke out.

"I think they were a suicide squad from those ancient families and the Royal familes are the only ones with resources for this kind of thing." The moment this words were spoken, everyone turned to look at Li Xin. Clearly some of them even afraid.

"What? You now know how to be afraid?" He snorted, disappointed in them.

"Did you question any of them?" He then asked again.

"I did, but they committed suicide at the end of the day." He replied again.

"Oh! Interesting!" Li Xin spoke lightly.

"You lot should stop daydreaming. I made a deal with the sect master of the Black Lotus Sect to not get into conflict for the next decade." He looked down coldly.

It was clear this was his bottomline and also a warning.

His voice sounded again, " Just make sure not to be used as pawns by others or don't blame my blade for being ruthless."

The moment they looked into his eyes, the individuals gathered in the hall avoided them.

With a serious expression, he said, "Of our Pavilion has expanded to this stage, you should already be satisfied. Don't get something wrong! We are not the heroes of humanity."

"A group of hypocrites!" He thought silently.

"Some of you are old! Don't act like children!" He spoke flatly.

He chuckled slightly, "In this region, we are the heavens. Best remember that this comes from our strength and ability to do business all over."

"Once these are gone, you should all start thinking about what would happen to you if one day the Mystic Pavilion was nowhere to be seen."

The last words were clearly spoken in a cold tone, and everyone could feel the temperature of the whole room plummet drastically, but it seemed as though it was just an illusion.

"Do I make myself clear?" He asked in a calm voice.

Most of the people in the room were trembling at this as they nodded vigorously.

What demonic sects? What Demoness of the Black Lotus Sect? Li Xin was clearly the biggest devil in their eyes.

He didn't care, after all his tactics were far more practical and worked.

Tapping his hands on the table, he continued to speak, "I will be visiting an old friend that is about to pass! During the time I am way, Wang Di will take over the official operations of the pavillion, I don't hope to come back and find anyone sabotaging operations."

None of them could refute what he said, if they become weaker, their fate would become worse. In this world, martial might ruled supreme.

Other than their Pavilion Master, the Black Lotus Demon sect also had a woman slightly younger than Li Xin. She was called Bi Yun, that was also among the top experts in the world.

Having their Pavilion take the lead in fighting the Black Lotus Demon sect was no different from both sides suffering injures.

Even an idiot should be able to see that the end result was not going to be something good for both factions.

Silently looking at the elders gathered, he slandered in his heart, 'What a bunch of idiots! Other than not seeing things clearly, that actually dared to try holding me hostage with morality? What kind of transmissmigrator would I be then, if my views on things was so shallow?"

It was had to be know that Li Xin isn't someone from this world!

About eighteen years ago, he was transmigrated into this world.

To reach where he is right now was not easy. But at the same time, his age makes it such he is deemed a genius.

Only he knew, he was lacking compared to Bi Yun, as he was cheating his way up with the panel.

At the moment, looking at the panel flashing before him, which only he could see, he sighed.

This was his biggest secret other than

being transmigrator is having a cheat panel.

Host: Lin Xin

Comprehension: 99(Genius)

Marital arts: (Mysterious Heavenly Art:peak 7th stage(Unrivaled), Sea Calming saber technique:Ultimate Perfection)

He was not far off from a breakthrough on his Mysterious Heavenly Art, but he needed a chance, and the Sea Calming saber had already reached the limit.

Resources he could gather from anywhere were not what he lacked, to improve any further he needed to gain some insights from nature.

This was something he knew, not by himself but through the records he had collected over the years.

The next stage was a hurdle and even become more or a legend, he didn't plan on giving up.

With the panel, he was confident in taking that step foward, and truly becoming the top expert in the world.

Coming back to his senses, he looked at the elders still in place and said, "Wang Di stay! Everyone else is dismissed."
