MC is reincarnated as an omnipotent God and creates a world very similar to DXD in which he dies like the biblical God in DXD however he prepared a fail safe in advance just in case in which he's reincarnated around the time of Issei or James. This can be either wish fulfillment or progressive/slow or fast pace depending on how he reincarnates. The wish fulfillment is that when he reincarnates he has all his memories still and his powers. It's slow/fast pace if he only has memories from his life prior to being a god are only awakened and he thinks this is his 2nd life instead of his 3rd, he also may not have any of his powers unless otherwise like unconcious fate/probability/luck manipulation however, as the story progresses he will slowly regain his powers and memories. This can be done with a system MC made when he was a god as part of the fail safe to strengthen himself before taking on all his powers. Regardless if it's wish fulfillment or paced the MC would interact with characters he created and they would sense there's something special about him same with the devil's, dragons, fallen angels, and other gods. They may even know he exists because of a prophecy he gave the Angels prior to them becoming fallen angels and eventually leaked. The MC could've also had someone who reincarnated with him in his 3rd reincarnation possible from his first life or one of his subordinates. It could even be a fallen angel who was falsely accused of making a mistake and is trying to redeem themselves.
