"Ma'am is something wrong?" a man asked Mrs Robertson.
"I am fine, I just wondering where the person that lives in this house went" she replied.
"Are you familiar with the person?" The man asked.
"Yes I am her stepmother" she replied.
"In that case, I need you to give me her number" the man said.
"Why?" Mrs Robertson asked.
"My name is detective John" the man replied showing her his id.
"Your daughter called us earlier on Sunday evening that there was a break in at her house, she was supposed to come on Monday to write her statement but I didn't see her" he added.
Oh my goodness, you don't mean it, is she okay?, was she hurt?" Mrs Robertson asked.
"As her stepmother, I thought you would know about that" detective John said.
"The thing is that Mia doesn't like to associate with me because she thinks that I care too much for her" Mrs Robertson replied.
"I see, well can I have her number" detective John said.
