Heroes are fearless, selfless, and willing to sacrifice themselves to save the world! Arthur, though forced by circumstances, had done this once...but was it voluntary?

If not for that damn Tesseract falling on his chest out of nowhere, would he ever have thought to use it to smash Schmidt's smug face in?

Every time Arthur thinks about it, he regrets it immensely.

"If only I had thought to store the Tesseract in the Disassembler space back then! If I had put it away, it wouldn't have been able to cause so much trouble! I wouldn't have had to spend so many years crossing over to this era, waiting for the sunset finger snap to happen."

Thinking about this, Arthur sighed again.

Where do all these problems come from? At the core, it's still a lack of power! If he had the power to crush Thanos, would he have to go to so much trouble to gain advantages and find bodyguards for himself?

Absolutely not!

If Thanos came, he could turn him into a roasted purple potato in minutes!

But now... he can only go one step at a time.

The first step is to see if the OsCorp Group has the Green Goblin Serum!

...

Arthur planned everything well, but the next day, when he told Banner, Banner strongly opposed it.

His reasoning was that he strongly objected to Arthur taking such risks for his sake!

Arthur argued back, insisting that he had to take risks for Banner!

This led to a standoff between the two.

Finally, Arthur bravely confronted Hulk: "Anyway, the matter is settled! This is not just for you but also for myself! Besides, it's just an investigation, just an investigation!"

In his heated state, he almost spilled his ulterior motives to Banner.

Banner remained silent for a long time before finally sighing, "I understand, but I can't let you do this alone. I'll go with you when the time comes!"

"Don't be ridiculous!!!"

Arthur almost turned into the Hulk himself, his face turning green as he spoke: "During the infiltration, what if you get scared or angry and transform?"

Banner was momentarily speechless, blinking at Arthur, unsure of what to say.

Seeing Banner's demeanor soften, Arthur breathed a sigh of relief.

Then he suddenly felt a wave of fear...

What just happened? Did I actually stare down Hulk?

If Banner had gotten angry and summoned Hulk to destroy the place, I definitely couldn't handle that!

Especially not Lily.

She'd just be coming back from school, and when she saw the place turned into a garbage heap!

Who would she blame?

To ease Banner's mood, Arthur thought he should say something to lighten the atmosphere.

But instead, Banner spoke with deep emotion: "It's because there are people like you that I want to keep my sanity and not do anything I'll regret."

"You don't have to say that. Honestly, I'm doing this for myself as well."

Hearing Banner's words, Arthur felt a little embarrassed, knowing that he had his own motives and wasn't just doing it for Banner.

"Still, it all started because of me."

Banner looked at Arthur gravely.

His eyes were serious and filled with gratitude. Captivated by this look, Arthur said helplessly, "To be honest, I'm not interested in men.

Banner's gratitude melted away like snow, and he said with a dark expression, "Neither am I!"

Then he stood and grabbed his coat.

"What are you doing?" Arthur was a little dazed. Why did he suddenly seem like he was about to run away from home?

"I just remembered something... hmm, it's some data," Banner said. "This data has always been with me, but after some incidents... anyway, I know where it is, so I'm going to get it."

"Be careful," Arthur nodded.

"Don't worry," Banner looked at Arthur and continued to speak, "You're the one who should be careful. I won't be able to help you with things like infiltration and investigation. I can only try to help you avoid unnecessary detours in other ways. And that is for my own sake as well."

Having said that, Banner left without looking back.

Arthur knew about the data Banner had mentioned from the movies. It was the experimental data Banner had gone through, and having it would indeed save Arthur a lot of time.

After Banner left, Arthur sat alone on the sofa and felt a bit lazy. It wasn't that he had nothing to do; he was just thinking about how to confirm the existence of the Green Goblin serum!

No matter how he thought about it, he felt that infiltrating and investigating now would not have a clear goal. It would take time and effort, and he might end up with nothing to show for it.

Just as he felt frustrated, he suddenly slapped his forehead. "I'm such an idiot. There's no information about this online, but Spidey should know!"

In both The Original Spider-Man and The Amazing Spider-Man, Peter and Norman Osborn's son, Harry, were very good friends. Also, in the original Spider-Man, Peter knew Norman from his school days, and they had a very close relationship.

While it might not be 100% certain, it would at least give him some direction!

"Seems like… I have an appointment to fight Spidey tonight," Arthur suddenly chuckled.

...

...

Under the night sky!

When Arthur arrived at the agreed upon location, he saw someone with a red hood and sunglasses perched on the edge of a building, watching over the city like a "hentai".

"If I didn't know who you were, I'd definitely take you for a supervillain who is up to no good," Arthur said as he approached Spider-Man, feeling a bit helpless at his appearance.

Spidey turned around, looking a little frustrated when he noticed that Arthur was still in his casual clothes. "Why don't you hide your identity at all?"

Arthur blinked. "Why should I hide? I only came here tonight to give you a beating. There seems to be no need to hide my identity for that."

"But I have a feeling that if I were to fight you with a mask on, I'd be more eager to fight! Hmm, you do have a mask, right? After all, it was you who reminded me of it yesterday!"

Spidey stepped in front of Arthur.

Arthur scratched his head. "Oh, the antics of a kid who hasn't graduated from the School of Edginess... fine, I'll humor you!"

He pressed his chest, and a black outfit appeared on him, complete with cap and mask, leaving only his eyes exposed.

Spidey was silent for a moment, seemingly stunned.

"What's wrong?" Arthur waved his hand. "Is this okay?"

"Cool! How did you do that? And that outfit? Are you… the Instructor??"
