Fin's fanatical behavior wasn't doing Loki a favor; he had to do something so Fin would spew more about the plan and intention of the Occult. The only thing he could think of working on was showing that he wasn't pleased with them.

Fin slammed his head on the ground and begged. "I-I'm sincerely sorry for our failure, my Lord! However, every time we spread your name, the church will immediately eradicate anyone related to the God of the Underworld, even those innocents. The massacre will be blamed on the Occult, garnering more hatred in the process. So, we are forced to take another measure.
