Profound Cultivation, a cultivation system strong as Immortal Cultivation, but still a bit different. The realms are:
Elementary Profound Realm, Nascent Profound Realm, True Profound Realm, Spirit Profound Realm, Earth Profound Realm, Sky Profound Realm, Emperor Profound Realm, Tyrant Profound Realm, Sovereign Profound Realm, these nine realms are the mortal realms, with a lifespan between 100 and 5000 years.

The lifespan are between 20.000 to 600.000 years without external help, with external help can reach 890.000+ years, like some ancient ancestors.
In the end are the True God Realm, with four realms, Divine Extinction Realm, True God Realm, Creation God Realm, and Ancestral God Realms, the lifespan are between 1 billion to eternal.
all Realms are divided in 10 stages, except Divine Tribulation Realm, that have only 9 stages, and the Ancestral God Realm, that are only and absolute.

[Immortal/True Cultivation]
And finally, immortal cultivation, divided into several cultivation Realms and sub-realms, are:
Tempered Body, Qi Refinement, Foundation Establishment, Golden Core, Nascent Soul, Soul Formation, Body Transformation, Origin Returning, Transcends Tribulation and Ascension. These are the 11 mortal realms, they can also be considered as pseudo-immortal realms due to their high life expectancy. For example, a cultivator at Origin Returning already can live one million years.
Above are the immortal, holy, divine and various other realms.
All cultivation realms are divided between 4 to 9 stages.
