[More Info of the Alliance System]
1. Alliance Private Army: The Alliance Private Army is a specialized force directly under the command of the Alliance. This army operates independently of national or regional military forces and is loyal solely to the alliance's leadership. But, when a person has an army rank background from the military or has a nobility rank background they must ask permission whether they can take part in the Alliance Private Army.
However, those who have military or nobility backgrounds needed permission to join the Alliance Private Army, especially those who are part or working under a noble household and the military or imperial army of certain nations.
Because where nobility and military backgrounds are highly structured and regulated, individuals with such backgrounds are often bound by certain obligations, duties, and allegiances. These obligations can create conflicts of interest when joining external organizations, such as an Alliance Private Army. Here's why permission is necessary:
1. Allegiance and Loyalty Conflicts:
-> Nobility: Individuals with noble backgrounds are often tied to specific noble or royal households. Their primary duty is to serve and protect the interests of their house or kingdom. Joining an Alliance Private Army without permission could lead to conflicts of interest, where their duties to the Alliance might contradict the obligations to their house.
-> Military: Military personnel have sworn oaths of loyalty to their nation or empire. Their duties involve protecting national interests and following the chain of command. Joining an external force, like an Alliance Private Army, could place them in a situation where their military obligations are at odds with the objectives of the Alliance.
2. Preserving National and Household Security:
-> Nobility: Noble households often have access to sensitive information and resources. Allowing a noble to join an external force without permission could risk exposing this information or diverting resources away from the household's control.
-> Military: Military personnel might have access to classified information, strategic plans, and critical resources. Unauthorized involvement in external military operations could jeopardize national security, as sensitive information might be unintentionally shared or exploited by the Alliance. And so...
[A Few Hours Later — Shire Inn — Late Evening]
Accel finished the rest of the info and the alliance system on his MagiTech Watch Files. This important information about the alliance system was also given to the Head of the Ishikawa Family, upon dealing with all of that... Accel prepared for his sleep and will wake up tomorrow, where everything will begin...
[December 1st Week — Day 2 — Early Morning — Ishikawa Main Entrance Gate]
Accel arrived at the Entrance Gate of the Ishikawa Family Household. I showed my identity to the guards of the Ishikawa Family, it seems they didn't recognize me and didn't let me enter. I have no choice, but to leave the place. Because the guards from the entrance gate seem very new.
It's very reasonable not to accept anyone that they have never seen. Accel last visited this place several months ago, maybe for him, it's understandable the guards do not know him, and for some reason how they speak towards Accel is like those arrogant people he encountered... He was not sure.
[On The Other Hand — Baron Ishikawa's Office]
Baron Ishikawa: [Sighing] "Is there any message from Accel?
Ishikawa's Knight A: [Salutes] "No, Lord Ishikawa."
Baron Ishikawa: "I see... Let's wait a little longer..."
[Few Hours Later — Morning]
Baron Ishikawa: [Angry] "What the hell did you say!!!"
Entrance Gate Guard A: "My lord? Why are you angry?"
Baron Ishikawa: [Sighs Deeply] "Oh My God! Head Knight Captain, didn't I inform you about telling you that a young boy named Accel is invited here???"
Head Knight Captain: "Yes, my Lord. I did tell all of them."
Baron Ishikawa: "Then why did these guards reject and didn't allow him to enter?!?!"
Entrance Gate Guard B: "But, my lord. He's just a kid? Why is he important??
Baron Ishikawa: "Huh? A kid?? Did you read all his identification cards???"
Entrance Gate Guard A: "Umm... Yes, my lord..."
Baron Ishikawa: [Very deeply sigh] "You know what, Head Knight Captain. Punish them and explain who is Accel. If you are lucky you might not get executed..."
After those entrance gate guards were informed about who was Accel, they made a shocked and panicked expression for not reading the whole identification stats of Accel, that he is a noble with the rank of Knighted. On the other hand, Accel thought that he was rejected due to not informing Baron Ishikawa that he arrived, unaware that something a small incident happened in the mansion...
As for Baron Ishikawa called his other knights who already met Accel several years ago including the Head Butler to fetch Accel and explain about the small incident that happened early in the morning...
